“以中文與世界相擁”HSK短視頻大賽征集通知

活動背景 

Background

2023年谷雨時節(jié)，是聯(lián)合國第十四個中文日。今年亦是“一帶一路”倡議提出10周年，中國與沿途各國開展的基礎設施建設、貿(mào)易投資、文化交流等項目均取得了輝煌成果，讓各國民眾實現(xiàn)了“民心相通”，關系不斷走深走實。

為慶祝中文日和“一帶一路”的建設成果，清華大學東南亞中心聯(lián)合漢考國際、國內(nèi)外院校和中小學及HSK考點，組織“以中文與世界相擁”中文短視頻作品征集活動。

活動旨在攜手全球的中文學習者，搭建起跨越地理和文化阻隔的民眾交流連心橋，為促進人類對文明的繼承和傳播，推進多元文化的交融創(chuàng)新和助力“一帶一路”人類命運共同體的構建貢獻力量。

The Grain Rain of 2023, one of the 24 solar terms in China, is the day of the 14th International Chinese Language Day. This year is also the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative, and the infrastructure construction, trade and investment, and cultural exchange projects between China and other countries along the way have all accomplished brilliant achievements, allowing people from different countries to understand each other, promoting the construction of deeper relationship.

To celebrate International Chinese Language Day and the achievements of the "Belt and Road", Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center，together with Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd.、 various educational institutions and schools, and HSK test centers are calling for HSK Short Videos Competition with the theme of "Embrace the World Through Chinese".

The event aims to forge a bridge for people-to-people communication and a spiritual bond that transcends geographical and cultural barriers by joining the hands of all Chinese language learners across the world. It will help advance the transmission and spread of civilizations around the world and contribute to the promotion of international multicultural integration and innovation, as well as the construction of the “Belt and Road.”

征集對象 

Event Participants

面向全世界非母語的中文學習者、中文愛好者，國籍和地區(qū)不限?？梢砸詫W校、機構名義組織參與。

Non-native Chinese learners and Chinese culture enthusiasts all over the world, regardless of nationality or region. Participation can be organized in the name of schools and institutions.

征集內(nèi)容 

Scope of the selected topics

1. 我學習中文的經(jīng)驗分享

Experiences about learning Chinese language;

2. 來中國留學我最期待的事情（學中文、美食、旅游等）

The most anticipated things about studying in China (learning Chinese language, food, travel, etc.) ;

3. 我的中文書法、繪畫、茶藝、武術、中國樂器展示及講解的視頻

Demonstration of Chinese calligraphy works, painting, tea ceremony, martial arts, or musical instruments;

4. 中國方言或中文繞口令挑戰(zhàn)

The Challenge to speak Chinese dialect or Chinese tongue twister;

5. 分享我最喜歡的中國元素

Favorite Chinese elements sharing.

Any of the five topics is eligible.

1. 作品征集

2023年5月04日-6月10日

Collecting of Videos: May 4th, 2023 - June 10th, 2023

Participants can submit the videos during this period.

2. 作品初審

2023年6月10日-6月30日

基本審核和篩選，包括作品主題和內(nèi)涵是否具有感染力，畫面、手法、銜接是否流暢等。

First Review: June 10th, 2023 - June 30th, 2023

This is the first and basic round of review and evaluation, including whether or not the theme and subject of the work are appealing, whether the picture quality, technique and cohesion of the video is smooth and so on.

3. 網(wǎng)絡評選

2023年6月30日-7月30日

通過初審的視頻將在bilibili（賬號：漢語考試HSK）和Youtube（賬號：HSK Official）兩個平臺進行為期30天的網(wǎng)絡投票。

Online Voting: June 30th, 2023 - July 30th, 2023

The videos that pass the first review will be open for online votes on bilibili (ACCOUNT: 漢語考試HSK) and YouTube (ACCOUNT: HSK Official) for 30 days.

4.專家評審

2023年6月30日-7月30日

邀請相關專家統(tǒng)一對通過初審的視頻進行評定。

Expert Evaluation: June 30th, 2023 - July 30th, 2023

Relevant experts will be invited to evaluate videos that pass the first review.

5.頒獎典禮

2023年8月初

綜合網(wǎng)絡投票結果（50%）以及專家評審結果（50%），評出各個獎項后，頒發(fā)獲獎證書和獎品。

Award Ceremony: early August 

Each award will be confirmed based on the results of online voting and expert evaluation. Certificates and prizes will be presented at the award ceremony.

作品要求與形式 

Rules and format requirements

1. 以個人名義投稿，每人限投稿一個作品。

Each participant should choose a topic and submit only one video.

2. 以學校、機構名義投稿數(shù)量不限。

The number of submissions in the name of any school or institution is not limited.

3. 契合主題，表現(xiàn)形式不限，演講、朗誦、脫口秀、表演、書法等均可。

Any form that fits the theme is eligible, such as speech, recitation, talk show, performance, calligraphy demonstration, etc.

4. 視頻配音、字幕為中文，時長1-3分鐘。

The video should be dubbed and subtitled in Chinese and last 1 - 3 minutes.

5. 視頻格式為高清MP4，文件大小不超過100MB。

The video format should be HD MP4, and the file size must not exceed 100MB.

6. 視頻畫面干凈，不帶角標、臺標、水印或標識。

The video should be clear, without corner marks, TV station marks, watermarks, or logos.

7. 手機錄制建議橫幅拍攝，使用后置攝像頭，拍攝時請保持手機穩(wěn)定。

If the video is recorded on a mobile phone, you are advised to use a rear camera, to shoot the video in landscape mode and to keep the mobile phone stable.

8. 請將視頻作品及報名表一并發(fā)送至 tougao@chinesetest.cn郵箱。

Please send your video and registration form to tougao@chinesetest.cn.

9. 郵件標題統(tǒng)一為“國籍+作者姓名+作品名稱+作者郵箱”。

The subject of the email should be “nationality + author name + work name + author email”.

注意：以上任意要求和格式出錯都會影響對作品的審核。

Please note that any wrong formats can influence the first review of your video.

注意事項 

Dos and don'ts

1. 作者不得使用他人作品投稿，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，立即取消評選資格。

Participants are not allowed to submit other people’s works. If discovered, you will be immediately disqualified.

2. 版權聲明：投稿人保證所投作品系其個人創(chuàng)作完成，并享有完整版權。自向活動方投稿之日起，即視為投稿人將其所投稿作品的著作權(署名權除外)及鏈接權授予活動方。投稿人享有作品署名權，并承擔所投作品因傳播和出版所引起的境內(nèi)外版權責任。

Copyright statement: The contributor must guarantee that the work submitted is his/her own creation and that they enjoy full copyright. From the date of submission, it is deemed that the contributor has granted the copyright (except for the authorship rights) and linking right of the submitted work to the event organizers. Contributors have the right to authorize the publication of their works and bear the domestic and foreign copyright responsibilities arising from the spread and publication of the submitted works.

3. 作品須由作者本人完成，所涉及的版權、署名權、肖像權、隱私權等法律范疇的責任由作者自行承擔，與主辦方無關。主辦、承辦、協(xié)辦單位僅提供組織活動、評選、頒獎的活動平臺。

The work must be completed by the author himself/herself. The responsibility for the copyright, authorship, images, privacy and other legal matters involved are borne by the author and have nothing to do with the organizer. The host units only provide the platform for organizing activities, evaluating, and awarding prizes.

4. 作品不得含有暴力、色情、宗教、種族歧視侵等，不得植入廣告，以傳播正能量為最終訴求。

The work shall not contain violence, pornography, religion, racial discrimination, etc. It shall not be implanted with advertisements, and the content should be positive.

5. 本次活動的解釋權歸主辦方所有。參加此活動須遵守活動規(guī)則。請作者自覺遵紀守法，一經(jīng)投稿，視為自愿承認上述活動規(guī)定。

The organizer reserves the right to interpret how the event should be conducted. Participation in this event is subject to the rules. Creators are requested to take care to abide by the laws and regulations consciously. Once submitted, participants are deemed to have voluntarily acknowledged the regulations above.
