中國(guó)城市規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)（組織策劃單位）受義烏市自然資源和規(guī)劃局、義烏市雙江湖新區(qū)建設(shè)開發(fā)指揮部（主辦單位）聯(lián)合委托，面向全球開展《義烏市雙江湖新區(qū)概念規(guī)劃及城市設(shè)計(jì)》國(guó)際方案征集活動(dòng)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“本次征集活動(dòng)”）。現(xiàn)將相關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

　　義烏市位居全國(guó)百?gòu)?qiáng)縣前列，它是享譽(yù)全球的世界小商品貿(mào)易中心、一帶一路節(jié)點(diǎn)城市、國(guó)家物流樞紐城市、長(zhǎng)三角產(chǎn)業(yè)智造名城、城鄉(xiāng)共同富裕示范城市，也是中國(guó)唯一一個(gè)縣級(jí)國(guó)家級(jí)國(guó)際貿(mào)易綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)。
　　Yiwu ranks among the top 100 counties in the country.It is a world-renowned global small commodity trade centre,a key city along the Belt and Road Initiative,a national logistics hub city,a famous city for industrial innovation in the Yangtze River Delta,a demonstration city for common prosperity between urban and rural areas,and China’s only county-level national comprehensive reform pilot zone for international trade.
　　義烏市是陸上絲綢之路和海上絲綢之路的交匯地，國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)雙循環(huán)的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)城市?！傲x新歐”中歐班列輻射境外50多個(gè)國(guó)家和160多個(gè)城市，為東西方架起一座增強(qiáng)交流的“金橋”。在義烏，各類外資機(jī)構(gòu)有8000多家，常駐外商1.5萬(wàn)人。來(lái)自100多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)，上萬(wàn)名不同文化、不同風(fēng)俗的外商，在此安居樂業(yè)、和諧相處。國(guó)際化是義烏的獨(dú)特標(biāo)簽。
　　Yiwu is the intersection of the Land Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road,and an important node city of international and domestic dual circulation.The China-Europe Railway Express radiates to more than 50 countries and more than 160 cities abroad,building a"golden bridge"to enhance exchanges between the East and the West.In Yiwu,there are more than 8,000 foreign-funded institutions of various types,with 15,000 resident foreign businessmen.Tens of thousands of foreign businessmen from more than 100 countries and regions,with different cultures and customs,live and work here in peace and harmony.Internationalization is a unique label of Yiwu.
　　改革開放以來(lái)，從手搖撥浪鼓走街串巷的敲糖換雞毛，到如今萬(wàn)商云集的國(guó)際性小商品集散中心，義烏堅(jiān)持和深化“興商建市”，走出了一條富有自身特色的發(fā)展道路。在浙江、上海工作期間先后12次到義烏調(diào)研指導(dǎo)，盛贊義烏的發(fā)展具有“莫名其妙、無(wú)中生有、點(diǎn)石成金”的特色。
　　Since the reform and opening up,Yiwu has adhered to and deepened the"prospering business and building the city"concept and embarked on a development path with its own characteristics,from small exchanges in the streets and alleys,to today's international small commodity distribution centre where thousands of merchants gather.During his work in Zhejiang and Shanghai,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Yiwu 12 times for investigation and guidance,and praised the development of Yiwu as"building up from nothing and turning stones into gold marvellously".
　　進(jìn)入新時(shí)代，義烏將以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指導(dǎo)，深入貫徹省委、市委各項(xiàng)決策部署，牢記囑托，擔(dān)當(dāng)使命，爭(zhēng)取到2035年建成國(guó)際一流營(yíng)商環(huán)境樣板城市、以世界小商品之都為特色的國(guó)際樣板城市，基本建成世界小商品之都，成為“新時(shí)代全面展示中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)越性重要窗口”的模范生，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展處于全國(guó)領(lǐng)先水平。
　　Entering the new era,Yiwu will take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guide,thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the provincial and municipal party committees,keep in mind the entrustment,undertake the mission,strive to build a model city of the world-class business environment and an international model city featuring the world's small commodity capital by 2035,basically build the world small commodity capital,and become a model student of"an important window for comprehensively demonstrating the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era",with the high-quality development at the leading level in the country.
　　“雙江水利樞紐工程”(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“雙江湖”)是利用義烏兩條最大的水系--義烏江與南江，在其交匯處規(guī)劃建設(shè)一個(gè)總面積約6平方公里的人工湖。該工程是列入國(guó)家“十三五”規(guī)劃、長(zhǎng)三角太湖流域、浙江錢塘江流域的重大水利項(xiàng)目，是一座以防洪排澇、供水、改善區(qū)域水環(huán)境為主，結(jié)合生態(tài)景觀、休閑旅游、灌溉發(fā)電、兼顧防洪和航運(yùn)等綜合利用的國(guó)家級(jí)水利樞紐工程。雙江湖區(qū)域生態(tài)資源條件優(yōu)越，東側(cè)臨山，延續(xù)自然山地環(huán)境；北側(cè)臨城，承接義烏中心城區(qū)發(fā)展延伸，是義烏未來(lái)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源匯聚寶地。
　　The"Shuangjiang Hydro-junction Project"(hereinafter referred to as"Shuangjiang Lake")is to use Yiwu's two largest water systems,the Yiwu River and the Nanjiang River,and plan to build an artificial lake with a total area of about 6 square kilometres at their intersection.The project is included in the national"13th Five-Year Plan",a major water conservancy project in the Taihu Lake Basin of the Yangtze River Delta and the Qiantang River Basin of Zhejiang.It is a national-level water conservancy project focusing on flood prevention and drainage,water supply and improvement of regional water environment,with comprehensive utilization of ecological landscape,leisure tourism,irrigation power generation,combining flood control and shipping.The Shuangjiang Lake area has superior ecological resource conditions.It is adjacent to mountains on the east side,continuing the natural mountainous environment;adjacent to the city on the north side,it will undertake the development and extension of Yiwu’s central urban area,and it will be a valuable place where Yiwu’s future advantageous resources gather.
　　2017年8月22日，義烏市委審議并通過(guò)了《中共義烏市委關(guān)于推進(jìn)雙江湖建設(shè)開發(fā)的決定》。決定指出，雙江湖建設(shè)開發(fā)是全市人民翹首企盼的民生大事，是義烏發(fā)展的百年大計(jì)，要堅(jiān)持規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)、分序開發(fā)、統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。
　　On August 22,2017,the Yiwu Municipal Committee reviewed and passed the"Decision of the Yiwu Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Promoting the Construction and Development of Shuangjiang Lake".The decision pointed out that the construction and development of Shuangjiang Lake is a major livelihood event that the people of the city are looking forward to,and a project of vital and lasting importance for the development of Yiwu.It is necessary to adhere to planning guidance,sequential development,and overall development.
　　2019年7月，義烏市委市政府正式同意設(shè)立義烏市雙江湖新區(qū)。雙江湖新區(qū)位于義烏西南部，涉及江東街道、稠江街道和佛堂鎮(zhèn)部分區(qū)域，總規(guī)劃面積65平方公里。雙江湖新區(qū)是義烏的重要戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展區(qū)，是“浙中科創(chuàng)大走廊”的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，是義烏未來(lái)發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略增長(zhǎng)極、創(chuàng)新策源地和智慧生態(tài)城。在義烏大力建設(shè)“國(guó)際貿(mào)易綜合改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)”、塑造國(guó)際化潮流商貿(mào)城市新形象，從“繡湖時(shí)代”走向“雙江湖時(shí)代”的背景下，建設(shè)意義重大。
　　In July 2019,the Yiwu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government formally agreed to establish the Shuangjiang Lake New Area of Yiwu.It is located in the southwest of Yiwu,involving parts of Jiangdong Street,Choujiang Street and Fotang Town,with a total planning area of 65 square kilometres.Shuangjiang Lake New Area is an important strategic development area of Yiwu,an important node of the"Central Zhejiang Science and Technology Innovation Corridor",a strategic growth pole for Yiwu's future development,transformation and upgrading,a source of innovation,and a smart eco-city.Under the background of building the"International Trade Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zone",shaping a new image of an international trendy commercial city,and moving from the"Xiuhu Lake Era"to the"Shuangjiang Lake Era",the construction of Shuangjiang Lake New Area is of great significance to Yiwu.

　　In order to promote the planning and construction of Shuangjiang Lake New Area in a scientific and orderly manner,highlight its strategic position in supporting the central Zhejiang region to actively integrate into the construction of the core areas of the four major metropolitan areas of Zhejiang,and optimize the land space layout of the new area to shape the lake in the city with a distinctive pattern,set a new city benchmark of"suitable for business,work,living and tourism",realize the high-quality development of"ecology+wisdom+culture+innovation"in Shuangjiang Lake New Area,aim at the goal of building a world-class quality new city,and practice the ideal of a city born to the lake,the International Solicitation for Conceptual Planning and Urban Design of Shuangjiang Lake New Area in Yiwu is now held.

　　本次征集活動(dòng)采用公開征集的方式。應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)需根據(jù)《資格預(yù)審文件》要求提供完整的資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件。通過(guò)資格審查，最終從合格的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)中擇優(yōu)選出5家應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)作為入圍應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)參與方案編制，2家應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)作為備選應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)，如入圍應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)退出，備選應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)依次替補(bǔ)。
　　This solicitation activity opens to all design institutions.Applicant institutions need to provide complete pre-qualification application materials in accordance with the requirements of the"Pre-qualification Document".After the pre-qualification review,five applicant institutions will be shortlisted to participate in the scheme formulation stage;another two applicant institutions will be selected as alternative applicant institutions,if the shortlisted applicant institutions quit from the scheme formulation stage,the alternative applicant institutions will fill the vacancy in order.

　　The conceptual planning focuses on connecting with the territorial planning,to study the development positioning,construct future industrial systems,optimize the functional structure of the area,coordinate the layout of production,living and ecological spaces,optimize the comprehensive transportation system,integrate resources,and reshape a business-friendly,liveable,and tourist-friendly new pattern;

　　負(fù)責(zé)后期深化設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)須按照評(píng)審委員會(huì)及主辦單位意見，吸取其它方案優(yōu)點(diǎn)，修改完善和深化方案，對(duì)功能業(yè)態(tài)、空間形態(tài)、景觀風(fēng)貌、交通組織、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套、地下空間開發(fā)等進(jìn)行綜合協(xié)調(diào)，對(duì)空間景觀和環(huán)境要素進(jìn)行深化設(shè)計(jì)，形成具有創(chuàng)新理念、濱水特色的整體性方案。
　　The applicant institution who is responsible for the follow-up deepening stage must absorb the advantages of other schemes according to the opinions of the jury committee and the organizer,to revise,improve and deepen the scheme;to comprehensively integrate functional formats,spatial forms,landscape features,traffic organization,infrastructure facilities,and underground space development,deepen the design of landscape and environmental elements,and form an integrated scheme with innovative ideas and waterfront characteristics.
　　本次方案征集范圍包括2個(gè)層次，分別為概念規(guī)劃研究范圍、城市設(shè)計(jì)范圍。
　　The scope is divided into two spatial levels,namely“conceptual planning research”and"urban design".
　　（1）概念規(guī)劃研究范圍：即雙江湖新區(qū)管轄范圍。位于義烏西南翼，主要為環(huán)城南路以南區(qū)域，往北接陸港新區(qū)和中心城區(qū)，往南為金義都市新區(qū)和東陽(yáng)橫店，涉及江東街道、稠江街道和佛堂鎮(zhèn)部分區(qū)域，面積約65平方公里。
　　Conceptual planning research scope:that is the administrative are of Shuangjiang Lake New Area,located in the southwestern part of Yiwu;it is mainly the area south of Huancheng South Road,connecting Lugang New Area and the central urban area to the north,Jinyi New Area and Hengdian in Dongyang to the south,involving parts of Jiangdong Street,Choujiang Street and Fotang Town,with an area of about 65 square kilometres.
　?。?）城市設(shè)計(jì)范圍：即環(huán)“雙江湖”區(qū)域，東至佛堂大道，南至青云大道，西至五洲大道——疏港快速路，北至富港大道——規(guī)劃路，面積約17平方公里（含雙江水利樞紐工程約6平方公里）。規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)城鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)邊界內(nèi)建設(shè)用地約6.1平方公里，為體現(xiàn)環(huán)湖城市設(shè)計(jì)的完整性，也包含了若干非建設(shè)用地。（詳見附圖）
　　Urban design scope:that is the area surrounding the Shuangjiang Lake,with Fotang Avenue in the east,Qingyun Avenue in the north,Wuzhou Avenue-Shugang Expressway in the west,and Fugang Avenue-Guihua Road in the north,covering an area of about 17 square kilometres(including the Shuangjiang Hydro-junction Project with an area of about 6 square kilometres).The construction land within the urban growth boundary is about 6.1 square kilometres;in order to reflect the integrity of the urban design around the lake,some non-constructive land is also included.(see the attached figures)

　?。?）本次征集活動(dòng)采用公開征集的方式，境內(nèi)外合法注冊(cè)且有與本項(xiàng)目類似的相關(guān)研究和設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的機(jī)構(gòu)均可參加。其中：境內(nèi)應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)須具備城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制甲級(jí)資質(zhì)、建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級(jí)資質(zhì)其中之一；境外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)須具有所在國(guó)、地區(qū)政府主管部門或其有關(guān)行業(yè)組織核發(fā)的從事戰(zhàn)略咨詢、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)其中之一的相應(yīng)資格或執(zhí)業(yè)許可。應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)須具有相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略研究和城市設(shè)計(jì)等綜合咨詢能力。
　　This solicitation activity opens application to domestic and foreign institutions that are legally registered and have research and design experience similar to this project.Domestic institutions must have one of Grade-A qualification of urban and rural planning formulation,or Grade-A qualification of architecture and construction engineering;foreign institutions must have one of the relevant qualifications of strategy consulting,urban and rural planning,or architecture design issued by the competent authority or relevant industry organizations of their home country or region.Applicant institutions should have corresponding consulting abilities on strategic research and urban design.
　?。?）本項(xiàng)目鼓勵(lì)中外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體報(bào)名，但聯(lián)合體成員不得超過(guò)3家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨(dú)以自己名義，或與另外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)合體報(bào)名。應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)需具有相應(yīng)的新區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)研究能力，如果不具備，可聘請(qǐng)產(chǎn)業(yè)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)（或?qū)＜遥┳鳛轭檰?wèn)或組成聯(lián)合體。境外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合境內(nèi)應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)的，境內(nèi)應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)要求同上。港澳臺(tái)應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)的資格要求參照境外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)資格要求的規(guī)定。不接受個(gè)人及個(gè)人組合的報(bào)名。法定代表人為同一個(gè)人的兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上法人、母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司，不得同時(shí)報(bào)名。
　　This project encourages application by consortium of domestic and foreign institutions,but the consortium shall not have more than three members,and the members of the consortium are not allowed to apply separately on their own or form another consortium.Applicant institutions must have corresponding industry research capabilities;if not,they can hire industry consulting agencies(or experts)as consultants or form a consortium.If a foreign applicant institution consorts with a domestic applicant institution,qualification requirements for the domestic institution are the same as above.The qualification requirements of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan institutions shall refer to the requirements of foreign applicant institutions.Applications by individuals or groups of individuals will not be accepted.For two or more legal entities whose legal representative is the same person,the parent company,the wholly-owned subsidiary and the holding company are not allowed to apply at the same time.
　　具有以下同類項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)將被優(yōu)先考慮：
　　1）具有豐富的城市新區(qū)、濱湖地區(qū)發(fā)展綜合戰(zhàn)略研究能力與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
　　2）具有豐富的城市設(shè)計(jì)、濱水環(huán)境、建筑風(fēng)貌、公共空間等設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
　　Applicant institutions with experience in similar projects will be given priority:
　　1)rich research capabilities and practical experience in comprehensive strategic research for the development of new urban areas and lakeside areas;
　　2)rich design experience in urban design,waterfront environment,architectural style,public space,etc.
　?。?）參與本項(xiàng)目的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員須為該應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)的在冊(cè)人員，主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師須有主持過(guò)多個(gè)同類型項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員須全過(guò)程參與本次征集活動(dòng)（項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘、方案設(shè)計(jì)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)方案匯報(bào)）。項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)需各專業(yè)工種配備齊全，具備產(chǎn)業(yè)、交通、空間綜合研究能力。為了保證項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)人員對(duì)中國(guó)地區(qū)背景和相關(guān)要求的準(zhǔn)確理解，境外應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員團(tuán)隊(duì)中應(yīng)至少有一名通曉漢語(yǔ)人士。
　　The professionals involved in this project must be the current registered staff of the applicant institution;the chief designer must have experience in directing several similar projects.The chief designer and team members must participate in the whole process of this solicitation activity(project release conference and site survey,scheme design,and on-site presentation,etc.).The project team needs to be fully equipped with different professional types of work,and have comprehensive research capabilities in industry,transportation,and space.The professional team of the foreign applicant institution should include at least one member who is proficient in Chinese to ensure the accurate understanding of the regional background and relevant requirements.
　　本次征集活動(dòng)擇優(yōu)選取5家入圍應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)獲得參與方案編制階段的資格。入圍應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)按照《征集文件》要求遞交最終設(shè)計(jì)成果后，經(jīng)評(píng)審委員會(huì)評(píng)審后確定方案排名，獲得相應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用（獎(jiǎng)金或補(bǔ)償金）：
　　Five applicant institutions will be shortlisted to participate in the scheme formulation stage.After the shortlisted applicant institutions submit valid application documents in accordance with the requirements of the Solicitation Document,the jury committee will review and determine the ranking of schemes,and award the corresponding design fees(bonus or compensation).
　　第一名：獎(jiǎng)金人民幣300萬(wàn)元（含稅）；
　　第二名：獎(jiǎng)金人民幣200萬(wàn)元（含稅）；
　　第三名：獎(jiǎng)金人民幣150萬(wàn)元（含稅）；
　　第四、五名：分別獲得補(bǔ)償金100萬(wàn)元（含稅）
　　后期深化設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)用：人民幣150萬(wàn)元（含稅）。
　　The first place:a bonus of RMB 3 million(including tax);
　　The second place:a bonus of RMB 2 million(including tax);
　　The third place:a bonus of RMB 1.5 million(including tax);
　　The fourth and the fifth places:a compensation of RMB 1 million(including tax)respectively;
　　The design fee for the follow-up deepening stage will be RMB 1.5 million(including tax).
　　經(jīng)綜合考量，主辦單位將從獲得前三名方案的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)中選取一家，作為后期深化的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。具體事宜根據(jù)后續(xù)工作的安排進(jìn)行協(xié)商并另簽訂合同。
　　After comprehensive consideration,the organizer will select one of the applicant institutions that have won the top three places as the design institution for the follow-up deepening stage.Specific matters will be negotiated according to follow-up arrangements;and another contract shall be signed.
　　但對(duì)于未按規(guī)定時(shí)間提交應(yīng)征文件，或其應(yīng)征文件按《征集文件》規(guī)定不被接受，或被取消應(yīng)征資格的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)，將不支付獎(jiǎng)金。
　　However,the applicant institution who fail to submit application documents within the prescribed time,or whose application documents are not acceptable according to the requirements of the Solicitation Document,or whose qualifications have been revoked,will not be paid the design bonus.
　　計(jì)劃于2023年8月中旬確定入圍應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)、在義烏市組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘及召開項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)，屆時(shí)需應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師本人及其團(tuán)隊(duì)參會(huì)。方案編制階段設(shè)計(jì)周期自項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)起約為90個(gè)日歷天左右（含節(jié)假日）。
　　It is planned to determine the shortlist of applicant institutions and organize the site survey and hold the project release conference in mid-August 2023 in Yiwu.The chief designer and the team members of the applicant institutions are required to attend the conference.The design period of the scheme formulation stage is about 90 calendar days(including holidays)from the date of the project release conference.

　　凡有意參加本次征集活動(dòng)的應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)，需先進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)登記，應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)下載申請(qǐng)表格（附件1）并完整填寫申請(qǐng)信息后，發(fā)送郵件至指定郵箱zxb planning.org.cn，組織策劃單位收到申請(qǐng)表后，以郵件方式回復(fù)資格預(yù)審文件等相關(guān)文件。
　　Any applicant who intends to participate in this solicitation activity shall register first.After downloading the application form(Appendix 1)and completing the application information,the applicant shall send it to the designated email address zxb planning.org.cn.After receiving the application form,the organizing supporter will reply with the Prequalification Document and other related documents by email.
　　資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件需要嚴(yán)格按照相關(guān)要求制作，遞交資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件包括現(xiàn)場(chǎng)遞交和快遞郵寄兩種方式。以快遞郵寄方式遞交時(shí)，請(qǐng)預(yù)留足夠的快遞運(yùn)輸時(shí)間；現(xiàn)場(chǎng)遞交需持法定代表人授權(quán)委托書。
　　Prequalification application documents shall be made in strict accordance with relevant requirements,and can be submitted by on-site submission or express delivery.If submit by express delivery,please reserve enough time for the express transportation;a letter of authorization by the legal representative shall be presented if submit on site.
　　遞交資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件的時(shí)間及地點(diǎn)：報(bào)名應(yīng)征機(jī)構(gòu)需于2023年8月14日16時(shí)前將資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件的紙質(zhì)文件送達(dá)到下述指定地點(diǎn)，并將全部資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件電子版發(fā)送至指定郵箱（zxb planning.org.cn）。資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件紙質(zhì)文件遞交地址：北京市海淀區(qū)三里河路9號(hào)住建部北配樓一層，中國(guó)城市規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)，張工（收），010-58323854。接收資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件時(shí)間為工作日09:00-16:00，逾期送交或不符合規(guī)定的資格預(yù)審申請(qǐng)文件恕不接受。如遇特殊情況，時(shí)間或地點(diǎn)變更將另行通知。
