“明天雕塑獎(jiǎng)”創(chuàng)立于2013年，由四川美術(shù)學(xué)院與明天文化聯(lián)合主辦。項(xiàng)目通過(guò)公開(kāi)征集與評(píng)委評(píng)選的方式，關(guān)注和推介雕塑創(chuàng)作領(lǐng)域最具原創(chuàng)力和問(wèn)題意識(shí)的作品及藝術(shù)家。本獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)堅(jiān)持立足于中國(guó)文化語(yǔ)境下的文明互鑒，以“雕塑+”的視域，呈現(xiàn)雕塑本體語(yǔ)言與拓展性建構(gòu)之間的張力關(guān)系，提倡從觀念、材料、跨媒介等多種方式來(lái)回應(yīng)日益交錯(cuò)融合的藝術(shù)現(xiàn)實(shí)和社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)，期待以持續(xù)的努力，共同探討雕塑藝術(shù)發(fā)展的“明天”。

“Tomorrow Sculpture Award” was founded in 2013 and co-sponsored by Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and Tomorrow Culture. Through the way of public collecting and jury system, the project focuses the most creative sculpture works and recommends the artists who have the sharpest problem consciousness. The award will be based on Chinese culture and from the view of 'sculpture+' to expand the languages and borders of sculpture, and advocate facing the more and more complex art world and social reality by many different ways, such as consciousness, materials, cross-media etc., to discuss the “tomorrow” of sculptural art developing.

宗旨 Purpose

本獎(jiǎng)旨在鼓勵(lì)執(zhí)著于雕塑創(chuàng)作并富有創(chuàng)造精神的青年藝術(shù)家與優(yōu)秀在校學(xué)子，推介具有原創(chuàng)性及新的審美意識(shí)與文化內(nèi)涵的優(yōu)秀作品。

This award is aimed to inspire the young sculpturers and outstanding students who insist on making sculpture with creative spirit. It will promote excellent works with originality, new aesthetic consciousness and cultural connotation.

面向全國(guó)（大陸及臺(tái)灣、香港、澳門(mén)地區(qū)）及海外45歲以下，從事雕塑創(chuàng)作的青年藝術(shù)家。

Young sculpturers under 45 years-old from the whole country (including mainland, Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macau) and overseas.

申請(qǐng)人可于申請(qǐng)時(shí)間內(nèi)將壓縮文件發(fā)送至組委會(huì)公共郵箱：mingtiandiaosu@126.com，或?qū)⒆髌废嚓P(guān)材料以U盤(pán)形式寄到四川美術(shù)學(xué)院造型藝術(shù)學(xué)院雕塑系辦公室。

提交資料 Material Requested

1. 個(gè)人中英文簡(jiǎn)歷與近照一張（請(qǐng)注明聯(lián)系方式）；

2. 個(gè)人作品需近兩年內(nèi)的創(chuàng)作，且不能是畢業(yè)作品；

3. 500字以內(nèi)的中英文作品闡述或作品說(shuō)明；

4. 作品照片為JPG或TIF格式，需達(dá)到印刷精度。

1. Personal resume in Chinese and English, recent photo of sculpturer and contact information;

2. The work should be made in the recent two years and should not be the graduation work;

3. The illustration or instructions of the work in Chineses and English within 500 words;

4. The form of pictures about the work should be JPG or TIF and need to be printed in required accuracy.

將從申請(qǐng)藝術(shù)家中選出20位入圍藝術(shù)家進(jìn)入展覽終評(píng)。入圍藝術(shù)家須準(zhǔn)備8分鐘作品介紹PPT，在展覽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行作品闡釋介紹，由五位終評(píng)評(píng)委結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作品，評(píng)選出四位獲獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家和一位大獎(jiǎng)獲得者。

The Selection of The Exhibition

We will select 20 artists among the applicants into the final selection. Those 20 artists should prepare the PowerPoint to introduce the work in about 8 minutes and display it in the exhibition site to explain the work. The five final assessments will select four winners and one award winner based on the speech show and the work.

申請(qǐng)作品通過(guò)初評(píng)評(píng)選出20位入圍藝術(shù)家參加展覽，終評(píng)評(píng)委通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)展覽及作品講演，從中評(píng)選出5件獲獎(jiǎng)作品，并在5件獲獎(jiǎng)作品中評(píng)選1件大獎(jiǎng)作品。大獎(jiǎng)作品獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣拾萬(wàn)元，獲獎(jiǎng)作品獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)人民幣貳萬(wàn)元。

入圍及獲獎(jiǎng)作品將參加2021九屆“明天雕塑獎(jiǎng)”入圍暨獲獎(jiǎng)作品展，并結(jié)集成書(shū)，出版發(fā)行。20位獲獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家將受邀參加在中國(guó)重慶四川美術(shù)學(xué)院舉行的頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。

There will be 20 artists who can participate in the exhibition according to the preliminary selection. The final assessments will select five outstanding works among the 20 based on the speech show as well as the work itself. What’s more, they will also select one piece of work to be the best award. The best one work will obtain 100,000 RMB and the other four will obtain 20,000 RMB as the bonus.

Shortlisted candidates and winners will attend the 9th “Tomorrow Sculpture Awards” Exhibition and the works can be published as the book. The 20 artists will be invited to attend the awards ceremony in Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in Chongqing，China.
