賽事背景與目的
Background and Purpose
國際大學(xué)生時尚設(shè)計盛典,堅持為“源·創(chuàng)”助力,為時尚發(fā)聲,已成功承辦11屆,盛典組委會堅持“高端化、國際化、個性化”戰(zhàn)略指引,是以賽促學(xué)、以賽促教、以賽促創(chuàng)、以賽促進,持續(xù)推進校際間、國際間交流的重要舉措,為全球青年設(shè)計類學(xué)子搭建展示才華的舞臺。
國際大學(xué)生時尚設(shè)計盛典的品牌和影響力日趨增強,大賽的知名度越來越高。第十一屆國際大學(xué)生時尚設(shè)計盛典在2021年5月22日的頒獎典禮中圓滿落幕,吸引了來自歐洲、美洲、大洋洲和亞洲的15個國家1022所院校19754名大學(xué)生攜49898件作品參與其中,頒發(fā)了9個類別386個金、銀、銅等各類獎項。第十二屆國際大學(xué)生時尚設(shè)計盛典將不斷完善內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新細(xì)節(jié),豐富內(nèi)涵,擴大傳播,為繼續(xù)展現(xiàn)國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果,促進時尚類人才培養(yǎng)做出最大努力。
1. Background and Purpose
International Student Fashion Design Gala insists on supporting “origin and creativity” and giving voice to fashion. The Design Gala has been successfully hosted for 11 times. Under the the strategy of high-end orientation, internationalization, and individualization, the Gala is an important measure to promote learning, teaching, and creativityand to enhance inter-school and international exchanges, and it can also build a stage for young design students around the world to show their talents.
The 11th International Student Fashion Design Gala ended successfully at the awards ceremony on May 22, 2021, attracting 19,754 college students from 1022 colleges and universities in 15 countries in Europe, America, Oceania and Asia, bringing 49,898 works to participate and presented 386 gold, silver, bronze and other various awards in 9 categories. The 12th International Student Fashion Design Gala will continue to improve contents, innovate details, enrich connotation, and expand the dissemination, so as to continue to show the learning achievements of domestic and foreign college students and make the greatest efforts to promote the cultivation of fashion talents.

國際、國內(nèi)(含港澳臺)從事時尚設(shè)計、藝術(shù)設(shè)計的在校博士生、碩士生、本科生、專科生(含應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生)。

1.Event release, manuscript collection, campus promotion, student creation, teacher guidance: November 10th, 2021-April 10th, 2022

參賽要求
Entry requirements
參賽作品整體風(fēng)格時尚現(xiàn)代,具有較強的創(chuàng)新性、藝術(shù)性、時尚性,不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧視性內(nèi)容,不得違反中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)的各項條款。
A. The overall style of the entries should be fashionable and modern, with strong innovation, artistry and fashion. Political, pornographic, violent, discriminatory contents arenot allowed, and all submissions must follow the provisions of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
各項參賽作品具體要求如下
1、時裝設(shè)計類:提交作品分為創(chuàng)意設(shè)計作品與成衣商業(yè)設(shè)計作品兩類,參賽作品至少3套,要求三套主題一致,報名需提交成衣的時尚攝影片。
2、時尚配飾類:配飾包括首飾、箱包、鞋帽三類,每位投稿者限投一類,參賽作品至少3件,要求三件作品為系列作品,報名需提交成品攝影片。
3、時尚圖形類:參賽作品至少1幅,要求圖形設(shè)計具有強烈創(chuàng)新性、主題性,主要應(yīng)用于紡織、印刷等領(lǐng)域,落在絲巾、服裝、軟性材料等載體,顏色設(shè)置為CMYK格式,分辨率不低于300dpi,以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
4、時尚化妝類:參賽作品至少1套,要求妝發(fā)設(shè)計時尚、新穎,服裝設(shè)計符合妝發(fā)設(shè)計主題,報名需提交能夠體現(xiàn)化妝過程的視頻,視頻在報名時請?zhí)峤簧蟼髦硫v訊視頻的鏈接,時長為3分鐘,同時提交電子版妝發(fā)攝影片與整體造型攝影片。
5、時尚微視頻類:參賽作品至少1部,時長不超過10分鐘,題材可為劇情短片、記錄短片、動畫短片、形象宣傳片等,體現(xiàn)較強時代氣息,報名需提交上傳至騰訊視頻的鏈接。
6、時尚攝影類:參賽作品至少2張,以時尚攝影、創(chuàng)意攝影為主,作品以JPG格式提交,單張照片不低于1000萬像素,保留EXIF信息。
a. Fashion Design: At least 3 sets of clothing are required, on an identical theme, either creative fashion design or ready-to-wear design. One digital sketch or photograph must be submitted for registration.
b. Accessories:Accessories include jewelry, bags, shoes and hats. Each entry is limited to one category of accessory, with at least three examples of the chosen accessory type required. At least one digital photograph of each accessory must be submitted for registration.
c. Fashion Pattern: At least one set of work is required. It should be original work, related to the theme and belong to textiles, printing or other related fields, printed on carriers such as silk scarves, clothing, and soft materials. The entry should be submitted in jpg. or tif. format, and the resolution should not be less than 300dpi, with colors in CMYK format.
d. Makeup: At least one set of entries is required. The makeup and hair design should be fashionable and novel, and the costume design should be in line with the makeup and hair design theme. For registration, a video within 3 minutes that reflects the makeup process must be uploaded to Tencent Video and the video link should be submitted. An electronic version of makeup and hair photography and overall styling photography should also be submitted.
e. Micro-Film: At least one film, no more than 10 minutes in duration. Acceptable formats include, but are not limited to narrative short films, animated films, and video essays. All entries should be uploaded to Tencent video and submitted in the form of a link.
f. Photography: At least two sets of photographs, either in fashion photography or creative photography, to be submitted in JPG format, at a resolution no less than 10 million pixels, retaining EXIF data.
以上1、2、3、4、6五個類別的作品,獲獎之后會通知寄出實物作品,大賽組委會對于因獲獎郵寄到的服裝類、配飾類作品,參賽完后將寄回參賽者,視頻類、圖片類作品將不再寄回,請各自留底。
C. The organizing committee will return all entries submitted in the form of clothing or accessories to the contestants after the competition. Photographs and videos will not be returned, so contestants should retain their own copies.
參賽選手請及時關(guān)注大賽官方所發(fā)出的比賽進程消息,并保持手機暢通,以便工作人員對參賽信息的傳達和溝通。
D. Participants should keep updated on official competition news by keeping their mobile phones on and functioning so that the staff can communicate necessary information.

2、組委會可推薦獲獎選手及其作品進入北京時裝設(shè)計師協(xié)會主辦及參與的相關(guān)時尚推廣平臺活動,其中包括“京津冀百強青年服裝設(shè)計師推選活動”、“北京時裝周”、“國際時尚節(jié)”等活動。
2. The organizing committee can recommend the winners and their works to enter relevant fashion promotion activities sponsored by the Beijing Fashion Designers Association, including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Top 100 Young Fashion Designer Selection, Beijing Fashion Week, and International Fashion Festival etc.

參賽選手將參賽作品高清照片、微視頻鏈接在大賽官網(wǎng)進行作品線上報名,并按要求填寫相關(guān)信息,提交后等待后臺審核通過。投稿時間為2021年11月10日-2022年4月10日。
2022年4月中旬、5月上旬,為初評與終評階段,將按“網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票+專家評審”相結(jié)合的形式評出獲獎的作品。最終獲得金、銀、銅、佳作獎的參賽選手需將作品(服裝實物、配飾實物、攝影圖片、視頻光盤)郵寄,郵出截止時間為2022年5月10日。

Participants can register by sending high-definition photos and links of micro-films to the competition official website, filling in the relevant information as required. After submitting, contestants should wait for a decision pending review. Registration will be open from November 10, 2021 to April 10, 2022.
The initial evaluation and final evaluation stage will run from Mid-April and early May 2022, during which works will be evaluated via a combination of online voting and expert review. Participants receiving Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Runner-Up Awards will be required to mail their works (clothing, accessories, photographic images, or video CDs) to the following address:

1. Original statement. All entries must be original works of the entrant. It is recommended to be works after May 1, 2021. The copyright issues involved in the content of the work are the responsibility of the entrant. All entries suspected of plagiarism or intellectual property issues will be automatically disqualified; if it is a prize-winning work, the awards and bonuses that have been awarded will be withdrawn and announced. If the loss of rights and interests of a third party is caused, the entrant shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.
2.參賽作品知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬。所有參賽作品的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)歸組委會所有,設(shè)計師享有署名權(quán),組委會享有對相應(yīng)設(shè)計作品進行再設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)、銷售、展示、出版等商業(yè)用途的全部權(quán)益。
2. Ownership of the intellectual property rights of the entries. The intellectual property rights of all entries belong to the organizing committee, the designer has the right of authorship, and the organizing committee has all the rights to redesign, produce, sell, display, and publish the corresponding design works for commercial purposes.
