“光”是無(wú)形而不可觸的，但是數(shù)字時(shí)代的科技已經(jīng)賦予它更多的內(nèi)涵。它形態(tài)萬(wàn)千，光怪陸離，作為藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作的媒介，具有無(wú)限廣闊的運(yùn)用空間，可令各種形態(tài)和方式的藝術(shù)作品得以實(shí)現(xiàn)，是藝術(shù)與科技結(jié)合的典范，甚至有人斷言“光”將成為未來(lái)的主要藝術(shù)形式。

“光陰之美，不舍晝夜”。我們以“光媒介”作為切入點(diǎn)，邀請(qǐng)藝術(shù)家進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作。而“光影萬(wàn)象”更是始于光而藏匿于光的“萬(wàn)象光影”。

希望藝術(shù)家們通過(guò)“光媒介”藝術(shù)語(yǔ)言將個(gè)人創(chuàng)意與地域文化有機(jī)結(jié)合，融入到千島湖月光島水下空間中，從藝術(shù)出發(fā)而做到美美與共，以提升“光影藝術(shù)展”的品牌價(jià)值，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)千島湖文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)、文化和經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合。從而努力把項(xiàng)目發(fā)展為一個(gè)有高度、互動(dòng)強(qiáng)、輻射廣的藝術(shù)盛會(huì)。

Light is immateriality and untouchable, but the technology of the digital age has given it more connotations. With its many shapes and forms, it has a wide scope for use as an artistic medium, enabling artworks of all shapes and forms to be presented. It is an exemplary combination of art and technology. Some have even asserted that 'light' will become one of the dominant art forms in the future.

"The beauty of time just flows on day and night." We regard the light as an entry point and invite artists to create artworks. The "Light and Shadow" is a "light and shadow" that begins with light and hides in light.

We hope that the artists will combine their personal creativity with local culture through the artistic language of "light", integrate it into the underwater space of the Yue Guang Island in Qiandao Lake, so as to enhance the brand value of the "Light and Shadow Art Exhibition" and further promote the development of the cultural industry in Qiandao Lake, achieve the integration of art, culture and economy. Thus, we will strive to develop the project into a highly interactive and famous art festival .

千島湖位于浙江省杭州西郊淳安縣境內(nèi)。它是國(guó)務(wù)院首批公布的４４處國(guó)家級(jí)風(fēng)景區(qū)之一,也是目前國(guó)內(nèi)最大的國(guó)家級(jí)森林公園。它是１９５９年為建造新安江水電站而筑壩蓄水形成的人工湖。因其山青、水秀、洞奇、石怪而被譽(yù)為“千島碧水畫中游”。湖區(qū)面積573平方公里，湖中擁有形態(tài)各異的大小島嶼1078座，平均水深34米，能見(jiàn)度9-14米，屬國(guó)家一級(jí)水體，被原新華社社長(zhǎng)穆青贊譽(yù)為“天下第一秀水”，整個(gè)湖區(qū)分為東北、東南、西北、西南、中心五大湖區(qū)。千島湖碧波萬(wàn)傾，千島竟秀，群山疊翠，峽谷幽深，溪澗清秀，洞石奇異，還有種類眾多的生物資源，文物古跡和豐富的土特產(chǎn)品，構(gòu)成了享譽(yù)中外的島湖風(fēng)景特點(diǎn)。

Qiandao Lake is located in the western suburb of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, in Chun'an County. It is one of the first 44 national scenic spots announced by the State Council, and is also the largest national forest park in China.It is an artificial lake formed by damming water for the construction of the Xin'an River Hydropower Station in 1959. It is known as the "Thousand Islands and Green Water as A Painting" because of its green mountains, beautiful water, strange caves and rocks.The lake covers an area of 573 square kilometres, with 1,078 islands of different sizes, an average water depth of 34 metres and visibility of 9-14 metres, and is a national-level water body.It was praised by Mu Qing, the former president of Xinhua News Agency, as "the most beautiful water in the world".The lake is divided into five major areas, namely the northeast, southeast, northwest, southwest and centre. The lake is characterised by blue waves, thousands of islands, mountains, deep gorges, streams, caves and rocks, a wide variety of biological resources, cultural relics and rich local products.

以湖山為媒、借光影為鏡，展現(xiàn)千島湖的水下歷史景觀，通過(guò)千島湖澄澈的湖鏡，顯明在物理與歷史條件下的不可見(jiàn)者，實(shí)現(xiàn)湖的澄澈：即水與光/影在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作中的美學(xué)特征——顯隱性。

Clearing of the Lake as Mirror (Spatial Hydrology)

Taking the lake and mountains as a medium and light and shadow as a mirror, the underwater historical landscape of Qiandao Lake is presented, and the lighting of the lake is achieved by revealing the invisible in physical and historical conditions through the mirror of the clarity of Qiandao Lake: the aesthetic characteristics of water and light/shadow in artistic creation - the visibility and invisibility.

· 島光瀲滟（在地文化）

瀲滟，取自唐代淳安詩(shī)人方干詩(shī)作《于秀才小池》中的“一泓瀲滟?gòu)?fù)澄明”。這一部分圍繞淳安與千島湖的當(dāng)?shù)匚幕归_(kāi)，相關(guān)作品置于島上，以夏季光影，展現(xiàn)千島湖的地方風(fēng)貌。

Island Light Is Brimming (Local Culture)

Brimming is taken from the poet Fang Gan' Yu Xiu Cai Xiao Chi' from Tang Dynasty and Fang comes from Chun'an: 'A vast body of water is brimming and lighting again'. This section revolves around the local culture of Chun'an and Qiandao Lake, and the related works can be placed on  islands. The local landscape of Qiandao Lake will be presented by light and shadow in summer.

· 星橋鎖光（科技探索）

德國(guó)哲學(xué)家海德格爾認(rèn)為，在現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的背景下，人與世界身在其中被擺置與支配。只有通過(guò)詩(shī)（藝術(shù)）與思（思想），我們才能真正接近事物，產(chǎn)生“洞見(jiàn)”；通過(guò)“美”，被遮蔽的真理才會(huì)顯現(xiàn)。這個(gè)主題下的作品，通過(guò)水/光影與5G、無(wú)人機(jī)、智能傳輸、交互技術(shù)等最新技術(shù)的藝術(shù)探索，呈現(xiàn)光影在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作中的“思”。這里的“光”，既指光影，也指藝術(shù)帶給科技的光，更指美。

Bridges and Gathered Lights under the Stars (Exploring Technology)

According to the German philosopher Martin Heidegger, in the context of modern technology, man and the world are placed and dominated within it. It is only through poetry (art) and thinking (thought) that we can truly approach things and gain 'insight'; it is through 'beauty' that the obscured truths are revealed. The works of this section, through the artistic exploration of water/light and the latest technologies such as 5G, drones, intelligent transmission and interactive technology, present the 'thought' of light and shadow in artistic creation. The word 'light' here refers to both light and shadow, the light that art brings to technology, and beauty.

· 獨(dú)島澄謐（自然社會(huì)）

這一部分表現(xiàn)水與光影的“聚攏”功能，關(guān)注能在夜晚表現(xiàn)出聲音氛圍的作品，最終將光、影、水，與自然、人造之音交融，表達(dá)無(wú)人是孤島的文化意義。最終突顯光/影在藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作中的視聽(tīng)性與社會(huì)性特征。

Silence of the Lonely Island (Nature and Society)

This section shows the 'gathering' role of water and light and shadow, focusing on works that can express the atmosphere of sound at night, ultimately blending light, shadow and water with natural and artificial sounds to express that No Man Is An Island. Ultimately, it highlights the audiovisual and social character of light and shadow in arts.

· 心光澄懷（藝術(shù)境界）

中國(guó)從東晉時(shí)期開(kāi)始，便形成了澄懷觀道、靜照忘求的審美觀照方式?！俺螒选?，讓自己的情懷與意念清澄，體會(huì)山水中的自然之道。借光入心，“視乎冥冥，聽(tīng)乎無(wú)聲”（莊子）；“寥亮心神瑩，含虛映自然”（支遁），以致“虛靜”（老子）。最終，通過(guò)與千島湖山相結(jié)合，探索借助光影或其他技術(shù)媒介的東方藝術(shù)語(yǔ)言，更為千島湖注入濃郁的東方精神。

Purifying the Mind with Lights (The State of Art)

From the Eastern Jin Dynasty onwards, Chinese has developed an aesthetic way of purifying one's mind and experiencing Tao."Purifying your mind", let your feelings and thoughts clear up and experience the Tao in the landscape. Calming down by lights, "to see where there is the deepest obscurity; to hear where there is no sound" (Zhuangzi); "the few bright hearts and minds are shining, containing the emptiness and reflecting nature" (Zhitun), resulting in "Xujing" (Laozi).Ultimately, by combining with Qiandao Lake and the mountains, exploring the language of oriental art through light and shadow or other technical medium, Qiandao Lake is infused with the oriental spirit.

Principles of Creation：

1. Respect for nature and ecological protection.

3. Considering the different visual effects of the works during the day and night, and in accordance with the keyword, the works are recommended to be placed underwater as far as possible.

就本屆光影藝術(shù)展當(dāng)中25個(gè)點(diǎn)位，進(jìn)行光媒介藝術(shù)作品方案邀請(qǐng)征稿，每位藝術(shù)家創(chuàng)作點(diǎn)位可不限于1個(gè)。2022年3月10日24:00作為提交創(chuàng)作方案的最終時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)。

入選作品制作、安裝費(fèi)用的支出由主辦單位支付。

各點(diǎn)位入選者藝術(shù)家將獲得包括藝術(shù)家酬金以及以安裝作品為目的的往返機(jī)票及住宿等。

七、創(chuàng)作環(huán)保要求

Environmental requirements for works

1.作品不得對(duì)湖區(qū)水質(zhì)造成污染；

 The work must not cause pollution to the water quality of the lake.

2.作品不得對(duì)湖區(qū)生態(tài)平衡造成影響；

The work must not have an impact on the ecological balance of the Lake District.

3.作品不得對(duì)湖區(qū)自然景觀造成負(fù)面影響；

The work must not have a negative impact on the natural landscape of the lake area.

4.作品不能影響航線，需提前報(bào)備作品方案，并在設(shè)備外圍設(shè)置浮漂；

The work must not affect the route, and the scheme of the work must be reported in advance, and floating floats must be set up at the periphery of the equipment.

5.作品不得存在其他影響工程運(yùn)行和危害工程安全的行為，在水利工程保護(hù)范圍內(nèi)，禁止從事影響水利工程運(yùn)行、危害水利工程安全的活動(dòng)；

The work must not have any other behaviour that affects the operation of the project and endangers the safety of the project. 一、作品評(píng)審工作規(guī)程

· 方案征集/

Call for proposal

藝術(shù)展采用邀請(qǐng)+征稿的方式，每位作者可提交1-3件作品供藝委會(huì)評(píng)選；填寫組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一制定的報(bào)名登記表并提供相應(yīng)附帶資料。作者請(qǐng)于2022年3月10日24:00時(shí)前將報(bào)名登記表電子版與參展作品方案（模板見(jiàn)附件）、作品視頻、個(gè)人照片、身份證（正背面）掃描件發(fā)至指定電子郵件ysgcykjyjs@163.com。

提交的作品方案信息要與作品報(bào)名登記表對(duì)應(yīng)，且每個(gè)方案單獨(dú)對(duì)應(yīng)一張作品展板。若同一作者投稿多個(gè)方案，則每個(gè)方案都需獨(dú)立附報(bào)名登記表、每個(gè)方案一張展板，參展作品方案展板版面尺寸為A0（橫式/見(jiàn)附件二），解析度應(yīng)在300DPI以上，JPG格式（展板版面不標(biāo)注任何作者信息） 。組裝作品要有清楚明了的安裝圖；文件名按照作者姓名、作品名稱、規(guī)格、材料格式命名（例如：米隆《擲鐵餅者》長(zhǎng)*寬*高=100*100*152cm、青銅.JPG）；投稿作品嚴(yán)格按照投稿模板進(jìn)行投稿、報(bào)名登記表填寫清楚、不漏項(xiàng)，報(bào)送材料逾期不予受理。

The art exhibition will be held by invitation + call for entries. Each author may submit 1-3 pieces of artworks for selection by the Art Committee; fill in the registration form and provide the corresponding accompanying information.Authors should submit an electronic version of the registration form together with a proposal for the artwork to be exhibited (see attached), a video of the artwork, a personal photograph and an ID card (front and back) to ysgcykjyjs@163.com by 24:00 on 10 March 2022.

The information submitted should correspond to the entry form and each proposal should be accompanied by a separate exhibition board. If the same author submits more than one scheme, each scheme should be accompanied by a separate registration form and one exhibition board for each scheme. The size of the exhibition board should be A0 (horizontal/see attached II), with a resolution of 300 DPI or more, in JPG format (the exhibition board should not be marked with any author information). The installation should be clearly illustrated; the file name should be in accordance with the name of the author, the name of the work, the specifications and the material format (e.g. Miron, Discus Thrower, L*W*H=100*100*152cm, bronze.JPG); submissions should be made strictly in accordance with the submission template; the registration form should be filled in clearly and without omission; late submissions will not be accepted.

· 方案評(píng)審/

Selection of Proposals

評(píng)審將于2022年3月11日-14日由評(píng)審委員會(huì)對(duì)邀請(qǐng)征稿的方案進(jìn)行遴選。組委會(huì)將于2022年3月15日通過(guò)郵件和電話形式通知入選藝術(shù)家。

由組織機(jī)構(gòu)3人、專家4人、策展人2人，共9人組成評(píng)審團(tuán)隊(duì)，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)策展單位提交的征集作品方案進(jìn)行初評(píng)，并報(bào)組委會(huì)終評(píng)確定展覽作品。

The selection will take place from 11-14 March 2022 and the jury will select the proposals invited for submission. The Organizing Committee will notify the selected artists by email and telephone on 15 March 2022.

A selection team consisting of three members from the organizing body, four experts and two curators, a total of nine people, will be responsible for the preliminary assessment of the proposals submitted by the exhibition organizers for the call for entries and will submit them to the Organizing Committee for final assessment to determine the works to be exhibited.

 · 評(píng)審程序/

Selection Process

 1.策展團(tuán)隊(duì)提交展覽征集作品目錄，并向評(píng)審團(tuán)隊(duì)匯報(bào)；

 2.評(píng)審團(tuán)隊(duì)依據(jù)評(píng)審原則，對(duì)邀請(qǐng)征集作品提出意見(jiàn)和建議，并根據(jù)展覽的展品數(shù)量（25）、國(guó)內(nèi)外作品比例從征稿作品中推薦入選作品；

    3.組織機(jī)構(gòu)匯總各評(píng)審專家評(píng)審結(jié)果，統(tǒng)計(jì)各作品得票數(shù)，按照從多到少排列，前25名作為評(píng)審專家組初評(píng)入選作品，其余作品全部列入展覽候選作品名單； 

 4.組織機(jī)構(gòu)匯總專家組評(píng)審意見(jiàn)及初評(píng)結(jié)果，報(bào)組委會(huì)辦公室審議，終評(píng)入選作品。

1. The curatorial team submits the catalog of works invited for the exhibition and reports to the committee.

 2. The committee will make comments and suggestions on the invited works according to the selection principles, and recommend the selected works from among the works invited according to the number of works (25) and the proportion of domestic and foreign works in the exhibition.   

 3. The organizers summarize the applied works, count the number of votes received by each work and rank them in descending order, with the top 25 works being selected by the committee for the preliminary evaluation and the rest being included in the list of candidates for the exhibition.

2.參展作者申報(bào)的項(xiàng)目所包含的任何文字、圖片、圖形、音頻或視頻資料，均受版權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)和其它所有權(quán)的法律保護(hù)，未經(jīng)參展作者同意，  上述資料不得公開(kāi)發(fā)布、播放。

1. The application must not infringe on the patent, copyright, trademark, reputation or any other legal rights of third parties.

2. Any text, images, graphics, audio or video materials contained in the application are protected by copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights and may not be published or broadcast without the consent of the exhibiting artist.

展覽畫冊(cè)：所有入選作品及部分優(yōu)秀作品均編入此次活動(dòng)畫冊(cè)。內(nèi)容有展覽介紹、學(xué)術(shù)文章、展覽花絮、參展作品、作者簡(jiǎn)介以及作品說(shuō)明等文字內(nèi)容。

The catalog: all selected works and some of the best works are compiled into a catalog of the event. It contains an introduction to the exhibition, academic articles, exhibition highlights, exhibited works, authors’ profiles and descriptions of the works.

藝術(shù)家提交作品方案

公布入選方案

2022年4月28日前

完成作品的制作與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝

Submission of work proposals 

by artists by 24:00 on 10 March 2022.

Announcement of the selected proposals 

by 15 March 2022.

Completion of the production and on-site 

installation of the works by 28 April 2022.

三、方案提交/Proposals Submission

1.報(bào)名登記表（附件一）

2.藝術(shù)方案策劃書

（含選取點(diǎn)位、方案效果圖（作品展板 附件二）/視頻）；

3.制作費(fèi)用的預(yù)算清單

(原則上由組委會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排制作單位完成作品加工，如需特殊工藝可由藝術(shù)家推薦中國(guó)境內(nèi)制作單位)；

4.個(gè)人照片（1張）、身份證（正背面）掃描件。

5、藝術(shù)家個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷

1. Registration form (attached I).

2. Proposals (including selection of spots, programme renderings, work display boards/video).

3. Budget 

(in principle, the organizing committee will arrange for the production unit to complete  the  processing  of the work; if special techniques are required, the artist may recommend production unit in China).

4. Scanned copy of personal photograph (1),      

    ID card (front and back).

5.CVs of the artist.
